Haiz... My new camp very dangerous,jus went in 2 days and already got 4 ppl sign 3 extras. Hope I won get...
Nothing much happen this few days,plan to celebrate Marvin B'day but got no news. So shld be cancel le. Bought A Date with vampire 3 yesterday,quite nice show. I'm so bored to death,very scared to return camp le. haiz...

Finally I'm back from Brunei,hw's everybody?
This was a super tiring trip,haiz... We set off at Changi airport at 3 but they wan us to reach at 12p.m. Stupid right? When the plane land on Brunei,my ears hurt alot due to the air pressure. After the plane ride,we took a bus to Brunei navy base,where we took a ride on the fast craft. But the ride was a long 1,it took us 3 hrs to reach the destination,after which we switch to a bus AGAIn. By the time we reach Laikun base, it's 9.30 le.
1st day was slack cos we only do settleing dwn and preperation of equipment. During the night, there's alot of Chicada(A very big and ugly flying insect) flying all over the place and making lots of noise. This insect flies without knoing direction so they always crash on ppl or the wall. And they usually die easily. Stupid right? Haha... Jus like us human who lived without knowing wat we really wan in life and jus crahed into watever came into our mind.
We had a compass and paceing corse on the 2nd day,pacing course is to kno hw many steps it took us to walk 100m in different terrain and compass corse is to test our ability to use a compass to find and follow directions,whether we'll drift along the way.
On the 3rd day, we hav our combat swim. Swiming across a river with our fieldpacks and weapon with us. Lucky for us tat day the current was not strong. We paired in 4 and swim across. My group was made to swim twice cos we were too slow.. Haiz... Can't they give face to a non swimmer like me? :(
The 4th day is when the most tiring exercise start,we were to navigate in the wild and survive the jungle for 4 days. But we can go back earlier if we complete all the task earlier.
Brunei jungle is full of streams, we drank and refill our bottle using the stream water,but we were issued a pill to cleanse the water.
My group found 2 chk pt in 1 day which were according to our plan,we harbor at a hill top clearing during 5,this is the the 1st time I slept in a hamock and not a tent in the wild. During the second day,when we're bout to reach our 3 destination at 12p.m. We were told to go back to the main road which was 1k.m away from us. May sound close but the 1 k.m is measure on the map using a straight line, not considering having to climb the hills etc.. By the time we reach the road,its 2p.m. le. The rest of the groups were escort to the nex destination le, our group is the last. We only board the tunnel at 4p.m. By the time we reach our nex destination,its 5 le so we got no choice but to harbor there. We planned to start off at 6a.m during the nex day but we were delayed again by the conductor,1 of my teamates has sprain is ankle and we hav to wait for the safety rover to pick him up. By the time we set off,its already 8+. We were way bhind all other teams. So we decide to give all out,cos we want to go back on the 3rd day. We go up Mt Biang in 1 half hr. By the time we reach the top, we were super tired, we hav to go up an area call "Stairwar to Heaven", a slop tat is almost vertical to the ground. By the time we conquer it,we really feel like we're in heaven(Cos we all wan to die le). We caught up with 5 teams and we advance dwn the mountain, our detail leads them in most of the path in the jungle. By the time we reach bottom and bout to combat swim across, its 5.30le. Our team is the last to be allowed to swim across, the rest of the 5 teams tat were bhind us has to stay overnight there while we go back to camp.
The nex few days is cleaning all our stuff and packing up. Oh, and during 1 of the day, I was assign to help a casualty carry his stuff dwn a helicopter. This is the 1st time I got so cross to a Heli so up close while it is still active. The current is so strong tat it blow all the dust to our face while it lands and took off.. Wow...
On Tue, we get to travel and shop at Brunei twn area, but there is nothing to buy cos their stuff is more ex than ours. We also visit the mosque built by their king using his own money, its so big and grand. We also visit their museum which is also built by the king. He so waste money...
Fianlly today I'm back in S'pore but tonight I've to book in le. Haiz... :(

Been long since I last update. Haiz... Cos really tired.
I going Brunei on Valentines Day.. :(
But lucky I got no gf.. Haha...

Me posted to Cobat Engineer and not Infantry liao. Cannot go BMT liao.. Sian...
This new yr feel weird cos never receive my cousin call... He in prison...
In the past New Yr, he always call early in the morning to ask when I going to my grandma hs..
